A problem with passwords or logging in?

Use only this version of the login page (with www in the URL address).

• Check to see if you may be using the wrong password. (Passwords are case-sensitive.) Go to this page. Enter the email address you used when you subscribed, and click on "Forgot Password."

• If you signed up for a second course, you had to choose a new password for it. You can only log in to one course (one password) at a time, so if you're already logged into one, you'll need to log out in order to log in to the other.

• If you re-subscribed to the same course, you had to choose a new password, and can no longer log in with the old one.

Can't access the lessons?

• After making your payment, you will receive an Email Verification Request. If you don't get it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.

• If you paid but can't access a lesson, you may be trying to access a lesson from the wrong course.

• If you're logged in to the right course and still can't access the lessons, you may need to log out and then log in again.

• If that doesn't work, delete the cookies from your browser and re-launch it. Or use a different browser, computer, or device.

• Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.

• Note that after you subscribe, the page you reach (the one listing all the lessons) is the same page you saw before you signed up. But now, the links are all active.

Video shows error message?

• Try playing the video on a different browser, computer, or device (ipad, iphone, laptop, etc).
